We are based in San Francisco, with offices in New York and Chicago. We are open to hiring in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C.

We are looking for a design-savvy marketing intern to support our New Business team at Highwire.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the production of visually compelling digital assets for various marketing campaigns, including social media, email, websites, ads, etc.
    • Design presentation and pitch decks, infographics, and other sales enablement materials that support business goals and communicate complex information effectively.
    • Assist marketing team with marketing strategy, plan development and execution for outbound campaigns and activities.
    • Responsibility for social media program development, including drafting copy, scheduling posts, performing social audits and performance reporting.
    • Performance tracking reporting for channels and activities.
    • Operational responsibilities in HubSpot CRM and CMS to include, but not limited to:
    • Audience and list segmentation
    • Web, email, and blog builds/updates
    • File and image management
    • Campaign management and workflow builds
Qualifications
    • Graphic design degree or equivalent experience with marketing minor or interest/experience OR Degree in Marketing or Communications with a minor or interest/experience in graphic design
    • Experience on all major social media platforms
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Experience with Figma
    • Experience in presentation design using InDesign, Google Slides or PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Design portfolio available for review
    • Prior internship experience in design or marketing
    • Capable of incorporating feedback and direction


$20 - $20 an hour

This is a six-month paid internship. Successful interns may be offered full-time employment (we're rooting for you!).
