- Collect, organize, and analyze employee data, maintaining accurate employee files
- Provide employee counseling and support progressive discipline processes
- Clearly communicate policies, procedures, and regulatory information to staff
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and present findings to leadership
- Facilitate training in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in HR, employment law, workforce development, or a related area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must hold a valid driver's license
