About the Role:
Imagine designing the future of work in an AI-powered world. We design Revenue Cloud to be fast, efficient, and a pleasure to use across our ecosystem of industries, partners, and end-customers. We leverage data and AI to reimagine all product-to-cash jobs-to-be-done across Salesforce C360 Apps and Industries.
We design and deliver a suite of intelligent applications that provide new solutions for Salesforce customers who need to support their business customers over time - selling them products, supporting those products, renewing contracts, and growing their business. We are a team of exceptional designers who thrive on clarifying complexity and find joy in the craft of solving user problems in new and elegant ways. You'll work on experiments and projects critical path adjacent, creating cutting-edge experiences that inspire and influence the evolution of Salesforce's platform. What You'll Do:
Work closely with your mentor and product design leadership to define the details of your features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area.
Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
Collaborate with engineering, research, and product management to ensure a high-quality implementation, ensure designs are technically feasible, and ship a polished user experience. Understand technical constraints and incorporate them into design solutions.
Solicit and incorporate feedback on your work from your mentor, other product designers, and multi-functional team members.
Participate in usability testing sessions to gather feedback and help iterate on designs. Help document findings and make design recommendations for improvements based on real user interactions.
Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, providing fresh insights and creative solutions that integrate both design and technical perspectives. Communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring:
Must be graduating December 2025 or later with a degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field with a strong focus on UX design or related fields.
A portfolio showcasing your design process, including examples of translating user insights into design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex design challenges and create solutions that are both user-friendly and technically feasible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience designing for web/mobile products.
Nice to Have:
Experience defining product features.
Experience conducting usability testing or working with remote testing tools (e.g., UserTesting).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, and can work within available design system resources.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to apply them in your design work.
Previous experience or internship experience in UX/UI or front-end development.
