The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for creating an omni-channel, compelling content strategy that appeals to targeted personas throughout the buyer's journey. This role will also work closely with Product Management to create a content strategy that supports and aligns with our product offering to support demand generation and implementation. This role works directly with the Senior Director of Global Marketing, the demand generation marketing team, sales leadership and product teams to gather and integrate key metrics and timelines into the strategic planning process.

The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for creating an omni-channel, compelling content strategy that appeals to targeted personas throughout the buyer's journey. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create an annual, comprehensive demand generation and product marketing content strategy to appeal to prospects throughout the buyer's journey and motivating them through the sales funnel to positively influence sales revenue
- Write long form and short form content including ebooks, infographics, brochures, leaflets, blogs, promotional emails and solutions guides
- Maintain a weekly blog calendar and create content for said blog consistently managing the planning, creation and review process
- Create various nurture email streams that appeal to the different product and/or vertical markets working with Digital Marketing team to implement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the omni-channel demand generation campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, report and recommend content strategy/type modifications, scale and A/B testing
- Familiarize yourself with Globalstar products and services to offer guidance in content creation, thought-leadership initiatives and digital updates
- Create and manage content timelines and project management ensuring each content element is on-time and within budget
- Organize, coordinate and collaborate cross functionally to ensure strategic awareness of demand generation & product marketing content activities, goals and results on a consistent basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and concisely with all departments and levels of management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with NetSuite
- Excellent writing, proof-reading and communication skills
- Holistic thinking for finding connections between different campaign & content elements and resources to maximize ROI
- Ability to influence and build collaboration on project initiatives
- Understanding of how buyers' journey & persona in the buyers circle work together and affect each other
- Ability to set goals and timelines and work through them to successful completion
- Familiar with communication platforms, automation tools and other technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
- 10 years' relevant work experience in content writing, content strategy, program management
- Experience creating and leading marketing content creation, campaigns and other initiatives.
- Creative, ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing needs of business units
- Knowledge of content needs for demand generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Willingness and ability to work after regularly scheduled hours as needed
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods working on a computer (4 to 8 hours)
- Ability to operate the equipment used for the job
- Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
