About the Role
As a Staff Visual Designer on the Design Systems team at Hinge Health, you will play a key role in defining and bringing to life the visual and motion framework for our design system. You will lead the creative process, from concept to execution, creating compelling brand stories and delivering high-impact visual experiences that guide our members through their journey. This role will be responsible for shaping the overall visual design direction, aligning it with both brand standards and business objectives across various touchpoints. Working closely with leadership, you'll elevate the overall quality of our visual design, delivering a premium, consumer-grade experience that aligns with Hinge Health's mission and values. Basic Qualifications
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $177,600 - $266,400.

What You'll Accomplish
- Lead the development of strategic visual designs that align with brand narrative, product framework, and business goals across all touchpoints, while managing and refining the visual asset system to ensure consistency and quality, and establishing clear design guidelines to promote best practices within the team.
- Work closely with creative teams, program managers, marketing leaders, stakeholders, and production agencies to deliver impactful content and campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Collaborate with audio/video production and post-production teams to ensure seamless execution of high-quality content.
- Planning and executing both hyper-localized regional events and large-scale, industry-wide national events, ensuring alignment with overall messaging and goals.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key vendors and agencies to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing product shipments, branding to shipped product UI
- 12+ years design experience in a design agency or in-house
- 4+ years of experience leading UI design projects
- 3+ years experience with storytelling through product and brand narratives
- 3+ years experience collaborating with stakeholders and production agencies
- 2+ years experience working in a dedicated design systems or frameworks team
- 2+years experience with ground level experience working on design systems and branding
- 2+ years of B2B or commercial experience
- 2+ years with motion design tools
