We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team! This role supports the analysis, execution, and optimization of store marketing efforts across various regions. This role is based in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid) and will focus on gathering and interpreting data to drive decision-making, improve store marketing campaigns, and increase ROI.

- Essential Job Functions
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze local store marketing campaign performance, including digital, traditional, and event-based efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify local store market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform and refine marketing strategies. •
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for local store campaigns, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights to local marketing teams.
- Budget Optimization: Analyze the allocation of local store marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and recommend adjustments to maximize performance.
- Collaboration with Regional Teams: Work closely with marketing team members to align local store strategies with overall company goals, ensuring brand consistency across all local campaigns.
- Geo-Targeting & Segmentation: Use geographic and demographic data to segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts for specific regions or customer segments. •
- Test and Learn: Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of different local marketing tactics. Apply findings to optimize future campaigns.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports on local campaign performance, trends, and insights, presenting findings to key stakeholders and senior leadership, and advising store leadership on marketing strategies.
- Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar study
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of work-related experience.
- Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in marketing analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of local marketing tactics, including geo-targeting, demographic segmentation, and local media buying.
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance
