Your expertise in UX/UI design, content management and e-commerce will drive the enhancement of our customers' user experience on our website and shopping environment, ensuring a seamless and engaging online environment for our global audience through your creation of innovative, high quality solutions with various business applications and tools.
Working closely with the Web team, you will work to understand business requirements and apply your knowledge of design principals to propose UI/UX design solutions. You will also work with the development team members to assess feasibility and coordinate designing and implementing solutions.

Working closely with the Web team, you will work to understand business requirements and apply your knowledge of design principals to propose UI/UX design solutions. You will also work with the development team members to assess feasibility and coordinate designing and implementing solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the continuous improvement of the Revvity Signals website and shopping design, collaborating closely with Marketing and other teams.
- Ensure the website's usability is top-notch, deploying the latest best practices, AI/ML technologies and A/B testing for the best customer experiences.
- Develop and execute design strategy, design projects, standardized web templates and personalization components, translating business goals into compelling digital experiences.
- Curate and set standards for creative imagery and video content to represent the brand.
- Manage AI creative platforms, including AI use cases for optimal AI asset management and the creation of AI prompts and queries.
- Oversee management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including defining standards for Digital Asset Transformation (DAT) and taxonomy in the digital asset management platform.
- Apply your understanding of SEO technical best practices with imagery and video to optimize our web presence and visibility.
- Oversee the implementation, reporting, and analysis of digital asset metrics to gauge web and content performance, making data-driven decisions for future design strategies.
- Manage the online brand guideline for product development, vendors and employees. Collaborate and align on branding design elements for the corporate brand with other UX designers.
- Provide support to the Marketing team on various design initiatives for promotions, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to excellence.
- Design easy-to-use, intuitive user experiences and interfaces for a variety of projects and applications with consideration to end-user platforms/browsers.
- Present designs for review and positively accept constructive feedback to be able maintain fast-paced design-build cycles
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes in relation to contextual user behavior for superior design proposals.
- Slice & dice images quickly and on a regular basis.
- Work closely with development team to gauge the feasibility of proposed designs and ensuring support of business requirements while conforming to proposed Design Standards.
- Collaborate with the business /clients to understand needs, prototype ideas and provide mock-ups with ongoing revisions based on feedback.
- Design web images for web pages, banner ads, icons, logos, marketing fliers.
- Apply knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of how compositions translate to code in order to deliver feasible designs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- 2+ years experience in web development and UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce project experience.
- Expert in HTML, CSS, front-end design, e-commerce, and web user interface design
- A solid background in Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, Google Tag Manager, MS Office
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, particularly designing in Figma for Acquia/Drupal components and Commerce Cloud e-commerce templates to implement content and UI updates effectively.
- Creative flair for design, video creation/editing, and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
- Experience implementing and managing the corporate asset dam, for example, Bynder, is preferred.
- A robust knowledge base in web-based design principles, especially concerning accessibility and website security.
- Flexibility and a creative, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience delivering template and component designs for digital experience or content management platforms.
- Proficiency with Drupal and related platforms.
- Background in B2B SaaS, biotech, pharma, life sciences, or technology industries.
- A strong grasp of APIs.
- Proficiency with using Salesforce CRM.
- Fast-paced creation of practical, user-friendly designs for eCommerce digital products.
