RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a professional, well groomed, uniform appearance.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Setting appointments and exceeding expectations during the call while making every effort to satisfy our callers inquiry.
  • Greet all our customers promptly as they arrive at our service department with a friendly, professional introduction.
  • Verify customer information including current phone numbers for contact, email address and home address. Accurately document and duplicate all customer concerns, when possible, to provide our technicians with specific information to ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time. Performing a walk around with the customer present to inspect for damage and condition at time of vehicle write up. Providing a complimentary shuttle ride within our mileage parameters if needed.
  • Generate a repair order consisting of all customer concerns, agreed upon maintenance, and recalls that are currently applicable to the vehicle to the correct shop departments.
  • To effectively communicate often with our customers concerning updates and or changes concerning their vehicles throughout the entire service experience.
  • Contact our customers after diagnostics are completed on their vehicle. Disclosing the technicians’ findings and providing an accurate estimate for repair cost and completion time. Documenting date and time of all total charges authorized by our customers.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Experience
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed to calculate invoices.
  • Exceptional written & oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.
