Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales goals by reaching out to potential clients and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Create personalized insurance quotes and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, auto dealerships, and other local business partners to foster referral opportunities.
  • Manage policy renewals and process updates or changes to existing coverage.
  • Handle premium payments and ensure accurate client account information is maintained.
  • Actively seek customer referrals by promoting our referral program during interactions.
  • Provide consultative support and recommend cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products.
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service standards.
