Creative Project Manager Job at Computer Task Group, Inc in Morrisville

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Creative Project Manager opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with the possibility of extension

Duties:

• Work collaboratively across departments to produce projects on time and on budget
• Create strategic project plans that clearly identify key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Lead the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives
• Prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plans, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, resource requests, and assignments
• Manage the timely progression of the project. Route work for review, updates, and approval, archiving files and assets, and opening and closing projects
• Evaluate and mitigate risk, analyze impact, and provide strategies to shift and solve issues

Skills:

• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment in an account or project management role
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, interactive, digital, mobile, and film
• Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery

Education:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
