The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of marketing materials that will assist agents in achieving their brand awareness, listing marketing, and prospecting goals, which includes content generation, design, and final proofing. In addition, the Graphic designer will support the creation of marketing materials for company’s recruiting efforts and other marketing objectives. This is an agent-facing role, which will require advanced communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively, and a commitment to quality and results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the development of custom marketing campaigns for agents of the brokerage
  • Execute the creation of marketing materials, including the content generation, creative development, and design of direct mailing campaigns, brochures, handouts, and digital content.
  • Consult with agents on how to effectively leverage the marketing department to meet their brand awareness, listing marketing, and prospecting goals
  • Aid the Director of Business Development with the marketing required for recruiting campaigns
  • Support senior management with company-level marketing objectives and sales goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Residential Real Estate Marketing Experience (Preferred)
  • Graphic Design Experience (3+ Years)
  • Adobe InDesign (2+ Years)
  • Adobe Illustrator (2+ Years)
  • Adobe Photoshop (2+ Years)
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Social Media Proficiency (Facebook and Instagram)
