An established international food manufacturing company is seeking a General Manager in the marketing department.

• Extensive experience in leading promotions in the US as a marketer, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Salary: $110 – 120K + bonus

Requirements of the General Manager – Marketing:

• Basic marketing knowledge for policy formulation with external parties.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities, and manage budgets, and resources.
• Leadership skills for coordinating projects with various departments and external parties.
• At least 10 years of experience leading promotions in the U.S. as a marketer.
• Experience in food marketing is preferred, but consumer goods marketing is also valuable.
• Strong analytical skills with computer skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Be able to travel

• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities of the General Manager – Marketing:

• Implement marketing measures in cooperation with other departments
• Plan and execute campaigns with external agencies to increase brand and product awareness
• Operate Food Shows
• Use websites and social media to improve customer satisfaction and collect real-time information
• Publicize research themes to keep and improve company and brand image
• Develop and implement sales promotion plans
• Manage and review the budget
