We are currently seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness studio. The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the studio, including scheduling, customer service, sales, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a proven track record in leadership and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the studio schedule, including class scheduling and instructor assignments
- Oversee the front desk and customer service operations
- Drive membership sales and retention through effective marketing and outreach efforts
- Hire, train, and manage all studio staff, including instructors and front desk personnel
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Manage the studio budget and financial performance
- Maintain positive relationships with members, staff, and vendors
- Develop and implement strategies to improve studio performance and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, or a related field
- 1+ years of management experience in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing budgets
- Experience with scheduling software and other business tools
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
