Automotive Service Writer Job at Automotive Services LLC in Seneca

We are currently looking for a service writer to join our team. You must be willing to learn, able to take constructive criticism, have great customer service skills, be well organized, and be self-motivated.

Duties to be performed, by not limited to: Answering customer telephone calls (taking messages when needed), making customer appointments for vehicle repair, post parts on invoices, communicate with shop employees regarding parts that need to be ordered from various part suppliers, keep the customer waiting area tidy and clean, and any other duties that go along with the daily aspect of the job.
