The median salary for this role is $120,000 annually. For applicants located in the greater Seattle area, this is a hybrid role in which they would need to work on site from our Seattle office 2-3 days per week. For applicants located 40 miles outside of the Seattle area, this is a remote position. Our preference is that the candidate is located in the Pacific Time Zone. We will also accept candidates not located in the Pacific Time Zone with the understanding that they will need to work Pacific Time Zone hours (11 AM-8 PM EST). Role Overview The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution to drive member awareness and engagement with our services through email and mobile channels. This role will report to the Head of Consumer Growth. They will be focused on driving revenue growth through account activations, interactions with our services, and ongoing retention. Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns focused on member engagement and retention for the virtual primary care platform spanning both D2C and Enterprise members. Channels include email, SMS, in-app notifications, push notifications, and content cards. Lead optimization of segmentation, personalization, innovative creative design, and campaign execution. Work closely with the Creative & Design, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to drive strategic vision and growth plans. Develop reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance to plan. Provide data-driven analysis of initiatives, using data to guide future optimizations of all elements of our lifecycle programs. Understand complexities and nuances of distinct business units’ services and audiences. Optimize processes to maximize efficiency while maintaining advanced personalization and client satisfaction. What We Are Looking For…
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred but not required. 7+ years of proven success managing Direct to Consumer (D2C) Lifecycle Marketing strategy and execution. Demonstrated expertise leveraging email to bring in new customer engagement, improve customer retention, and upsell/cross-sell to expand revenue growth. Bonus points for experience in SMS and push notifications. A passion for data. Hands-on experience with reporting, A/B testing, and forecasting results. Proven experience creating data-driven strategies to increase performance. Experience with tools like Tableau or Looker and basic SQL knowledge a plus, but not required. In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, platforms, and processes. Experience with an enterprise-grade marketing automation platform, such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or SFMC. Experienced in HTML. Ability to optimize campaign processes to minimize errors, maximize efficiencies, and drive personalization at scale through automation. Collaboration with Product stakeholders. Ability to influence Product roadmaps and create an integrated user experience across product and messaging channels. A track record of effectively persuading key stakeholders. An empathetic, effective, creative problem solver capable of navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Able to keep projects on track while adapting to priorities.
