Our Marketing and Sales Manager focuses on developing leads and contracts for Chesapeake Regional Pharmacy Services, resulting in increased prescriptions and revenues.

Sales/Marketing Director
to develop and manage relationships within LTC communities. Responsibilities: Build relationships with LTC communities. Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals, and plans. Conduct sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity. Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources. Networking and conference support to build market awareness and brand loyalty. Work in a team environment and leverage colleagues' unique talents for success. Able to provide education to communities is a plus. Develop education programs and present to target market. Generate leads via cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients. Meet with clients to promote, educate, and highlight our products and services. Generate leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows. Ability to travel within target area. Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate's Degree. At least two years of recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in long-term care / home health / or pharmacy. Formal sales training. Proven sales results in prior sales roles. Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community. Display your mastery of working effectively as part of our magical team, bringing synergy to the pharmacy. Travel at least 50%.
