Apartment Community Manager Job at Forest Ridge Villas in Kansas City

We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager for our new apartment complex with 194 units!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all lease transactions
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise staff
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• Organize online advertising as well as community outreach.
• Prefer live onsite.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management
• Familiarity with real estate leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of Real Page or Buildium,
• Mastery of online/social media advertising such as Apartments.com, Google, Zillow, etc
