Seeking a multi-talented HR and PR professional with a wide range of experience in employee relations and payroll processing for a property management company with less than 100 NV & CA employees .


The HR/PR Administrator will oversee the HR and payroll functions that include and are not limited to the following:

- Maintaining employee files

- Oversee employee annual reviews / merit increases

- Manage recruiting and hiring process with site managers

- Tracking employee disciplinary action

- Processing new hires & terminations

- Provide support on employee relations and compliance issues

- Administering employee benefit programs

- Bi-weekly payroll processing

- Enforcing company policies and procedures

- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices to maintain compliance

- Validate & process monthly employee benefit premiums


Requirements:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field

- Minimum of 5 years in a human resources role

- Minimum 5 years payroll administration required

- Proficiency in Paylocity preferred

- Knowledge of benefit administration

- Strong skills in managing employee relations

- Comprehensive understanding of HR/PR compliance regulations

- Knowledge of Federal and California and Nevada state / local laws

- HR Certification preferred, but not required


Salary based on experience $70,000 - $95,000 range, full-time exempt
