We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
What you will do.
- Assist with production and delivery of external communications channels:
- Ordering and shipping Retail Banking signage (ATM/ITM/iPoster)
- Monthly statement messages to members
- Online Listings
- Monitor and respond to Employee Communications inbox
- Organize and maintain marketing asset library and SharePoint content
- Organize brand inventory and monitor consumption
- Create and edit financial wellness presentations and digital games, like Kahoot
- Schedule, organize and assist with managing team meetings, including setting up conference calls, sharing agendas, recording and distributing minutes and debriefing team as necessary
- Support the production and facilitation of events, in-person and virtual:
- Some nights and weekends required (~1-2/month)
- Coordinate internal and external resources/materials
- Send logistics communications to participants as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for designated vendor partners
- Assist in routing and obtaining necessary marketing content approvals from key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Gain a clear understanding of detailed costs and budget implications to help manage department spend and escalate budget concerns to Marketing Leadership as necessary
- Provide concise, effective high-level status reports on marketing initiatives when asked
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and share ideas with Marketing & Community team to continually optimize efforts and create efficiencies.

What we need from you.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- 1-3 years' professional experience (Internships count toward experience)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print and digital marketing (preferred)
- Proficiency with
- Microsoft Office suite
- Project Management Systems – Asana (preferred)
- Strong business acumen
- Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Physical Requirements.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation Information: Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please Note: we typically hire below the mid-point of the salary range, which is $66,600.
- Salary Range: $51,200 - $82,000
