Scope

The Marketing Director at HealthKeeperz will spearhead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that advance the organization's mission to provide compassionate care while increasing statewide visibility and revenue. This role is pivotal in positioning HealthKeeperz as a leader in Hospice care, Tailored Care Management, CAP Case Management, and Home Medical Equipment (HME) across North Carolina. The Marketing Director will lead the marketing and sales efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

Expectations

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop, execute, and monitor a comprehensive marketing plan to meet organizational growth targets.
  • Establish and oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Align marketing initiatives with HealthKeeperz's mission and core values.

Brand Development and Public Relations

  • Define and articulate the HealthKeeperz brand and core messaging to internal and external audiences.
  • Build awareness of HealthKeeperz as a trusted, compassionate care provider statewide.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, civic organizations, and community leaders to enhance brand recognition.

Sales Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets and build robust referral networks.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

Community and Internal Engagement

  • Plan and execute events, such as the Barnabas Banquet, team-building activities, and public outreach programs, to strengthen internal and external connections.
  • Ensure consistent internal communication, aligning teams with the organization's mission and marketing goals.

Market Positioning

  • Elevate HealthKeeperz's position as a leader in care management services, hospice care, and selected HME product categories.
  • Expand referral networks by building partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.


Results

  • Increased market share and revenue across all divisions, including:
  • Community Alternatives Program (CAP).
  • Tailored Care Management (TCM).
  • Home Medical Equipment (HME).
  • Hospice.
  • Enhanced brand awareness across North Carolina, with measurable increases in referrals and public engagement.
  • A clearly defined, organization-wide understanding of HealthKeeperz's mission and services.
  • Efficient and impactful marketing initiatives with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the North Carolina healthcare landscape is preferred.
