Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Media Operations Accounting Manager to oversee the management of financial operations and data governance of media and owned ad accounts for the video teams global offerings. This includes handling billing, invoicing, and financial operations centrally for Latin America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with the company's two media agencies to standardize, scale and automate processes, maintaining billing operations for owned digital ad accounts, and partnering with media operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. This position requires highly specialized skills in both media operations and multi-market experience. The role starts as a 12-month contract and works hybrid in Miami, FL
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 4+ year professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Marketing or Advertising
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in Media/Marketing Operations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of stakeholders with different skill sets
• High attention to detail
• Media/Marketing agency background
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Advertising industry/Media background preferred
• Previous experience with Smartsheet is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment, must be able to prioritize with clear communication
