Vice President Digital Marketing and User Acquisition
You’re a driven individual with a constant desire to propel the business and grow your capabilities, bringing the following to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum 7-10 years’ director- or VP-level experience leading a digital marketing team for a B2C/DTC ecommerce business
Expertise in growth marketing, including paid media (search and social) and influencer marketing; exposure to or experience in OOH and streaming media
Ability to collect and report performance data
Experience in and comfort with managing external agency partners
Excellent planning and communication skills
Comfort with adapting to change and an ability to multitask and handle workload effectively to meet deadlines
Responsibilities At the end of the day, you’re owning our approach to driving brand awareness and customer acquisition
You’ll devise effective means for filling the funnel with engaged, qualified visitors
You’ll work closely with the CMO and our top-notch performance marketing agency to build the optimal portfolio of acquisition channels, activities, and creative, all the while refining our audience targeting
Develop growth marketing strategies, including paid search and paid social, and work with agency to ensure successful implementation
Hire and lead a team of high-performing, growth-driven marketers
Work with internal and agency resources to create digital campaigns and content
Create budget and KPIs; track and report performance, refining and reapplying budget based on business results
Analyze performance data in conjunction with agency resources
Play a significant leadership role, working with key team and cross-functional partners in driving the business, contributing ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends, factoring new developments into Baliston’s marketing and ecommerce strategy
