Job Title: Social Media Influencer Manager & Print Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Influencer Manager & Print Operations Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position focuses on managing influencer relationships, coordinating TikTok content creation, handling customer problems regarding orders, and overseeing daily print orders. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Influencer Management

  • Identify and engage with TikTok influencers aligned with our brand.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with influencers through direct messaging (DMs).
  • Negotiate and coordinate content creation campaigns with influencers.
  • Develop creative briefs and ensure influencers meet deliverables and deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to assess campaign success.

TikTok Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm engaging content ideas.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on content to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Track TikTok trends and recommend strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Print Operations Coordination

  • Manage daily print orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production and delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain quality control standards for all printed materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printing or order fulfillment.

Customer Service Operations

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order issues via email, chat, or social media.
  • Investigate and resolve order-related concerns, such as delays, misprints, or incorrect shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Provide clear communication and follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or related roles.
  • LIVES ON STATEN ISLAND
  • Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, trends, and influencer community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and logistics is a plus.
  • Being ON-TIME (being late will result in termination)
  • Must give a 14 day head's up before taking a day off
  • This Job is up to 7 days a week

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and what it takes to go viral.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to track and report on campaign performance.
