Summary of Position

Responsibilities of Position
- Guide customers through kitchen/bath layout design, product selection, and installation process.
- Create custom designs for customers using 20/20 Design Software, ensuring all required installation notes and details are captured in plans.
- Create price quotes and presentation packets for clients.
- Resolve Customer problems involving merchandise, design questions, product returns, etc.
- Work closely with customers, contractors (installers), and co-workers throughout the project to make certain that the project flows proficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity; document the customer sales process and maintain customer records in the CRM and other software and systems as requested.
- Read and understand blueprints and perform blueprint take-offs.
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by General Manager, including assisting with inside counter sales.
- Previous experience in kitchen/bath cabinetry design and sales is required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Experience with 20/20 Design Software or equivalent.
- Solid computer aptitude, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the selling process and bid preparation preferred.
- Strong organizational, math, and computer skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company's policies are required for the position.
- Subject to both typical showroom / warehouse environment and outside locations with temperature and weather variations.
