Marketing Generalist Job at IWorq in Logan

iWorQ Systems is looking for a Marketing Generalist to support the growth of our SaaS solution for city and county governments. In this role, you will ensure that marketing initiatives align with our brand vision, generate leads, and increase client engagement. You will develop strategic marketing plans, enhance our content and digital marketing efforts, and collaborate across departments to help drive our growth within the GovTech industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage email campaigns
• Optimize website performance (SEO)
• Create blog and social media content
• Enhance client communication and relationships
• Track and organize customer data
• Update marketing materials (flyers, guides)
• Assist in creating and marketing webinars
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, senior management) to meet client needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Marketing experience (2+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, GA4 Analytics, CRM, Microsoft Office)
• Graphic design and web design experience
• Proven success in creating and managing blog content
• Familiarity with running online meetings and webinars
• Ability to research and understand municipal government websites (knowledge of municipal government industry is a plus)
• A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with other departments
