This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote). About Your Team: Interactive Brokers Group seeks a Social Media Engagement Specialist to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will review and respond to inquiries on all social media channels and focus on improving the firm's image and reputation on social media. Responsibilities Monitor social media channels. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Liaison with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues. Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing. Understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem solver, attention to detail, fast learner, and team player. Analytical, self-motivated, and directed. Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite products. Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses. To be successful in this position, you will have the following: Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
