Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The platform the team is working on is a local to no code platform - the person will not be actively working to develop in Java, however, needs to know and understand Java in an effort to troubleshoot. The current workload is mixed, meaning the work on some java webservices, including designing web services, implementing APIs and understanding integrations. The candidate will be trained on conversational AI platforms. Once up to speed, the candidate will work on the customer experience interface for the company's virtual agent. Goals include making the AI tool user friendly - think Alexa or Siri and how easy they are to use. The platform includes necessary tools and a little bit of coding will be required. End goal is an amazing customer experience.

Basic Qualification :
Additional Skills : Candidates will be able to learn IVR. The position is 5 days onsite/weekly because they are going to use that time to train them. Resource will have opportunity to extend or convert to FTE.
