Wholehearted care seeks a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resourceful individual who will develop and maintain successful and sustainable relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, health care specialists, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, physicians, and other organizations in the local community.
As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, building relationships with clients and referral sources, and generating leads. Your creativity, passion, and expertise in marketing will help us reach more families in need of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
- Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Plan and execute outreach activities, such as health fairs, workshops, and seminars.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities.
- Assist with prospect assessments and signings, providing necessary information and support.
Requirements:
- Outside sales experience (1 year required)
- Healthcare knowledge of home health hospice required
- Willing to travel as required by the above duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and client management systems
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- 25 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 5 hours per day with travel stipend
