The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager who has experience with Search Engine Optimization, >span class="NormalTextRun SCXW37936112 BCX8">be pivotal in managing day-to-day social media activities across multiple channels, developing compelling social media strategies, and ensuring our content is optimized for search with all of our brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of our social media accounts for all of our brands, including platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and more.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing, creative teams, and copywriters to develop social media strategies that align with our overall business goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns for all of our different brands.
  • Content Calendar: Plan and manage the social media posting on a regular schedule and generate a content calendar in order to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s content strategy and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging platforms in the social media space to help keep our brands relevant and our audience engaged.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Leverage your knowledge of SEO to optimize social media content. This includes keyword research, meta title/description creation, and headline optimization to drive organic traffic and increase engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, while also providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers and community members, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands on major platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create and implement social media strategies, including content calendars, post scheduling, and aligning with larger marketing initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta title/description creation, and headline optimization. This will be critical in driving organic traffic to our content.
  • Strong creative skills paired with an analytical mindset for tracking social media performance and making data-driven decision
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) to achieve common goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that engages audiences and promotes interaction.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native social platform insights).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
