As a Service Advisor - Service Writer, you start your day at 8 AM, ready to tackle a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You provide stellar customer service to fleet managers and small business owners as well as handle sales, service coordination, and accurate estimating. From arranging roadside assistance to scheduling in-shop repairs and tracking vehicle maintenance, your role ensures that the vehicles we service stay on the move, safely and efficiently. By 5 PM, you've put in a rewarding day's work, and you always leave with a great sense of satisfaction thanks to a job well done!

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• 5+ years of service writing experience in general repair shops
• Has been with an organization for a length of time
• Looking for something a little different
• Lives within 30 minutes of our location (preferred)
