Job Description:Overview of the Role:Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager to support Dave & Buster's & Main Event's social media strategy through management of content on social media channels. This position will play a key role in ideation, planning, and posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.The position will suit an out of the box problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fascinated by how brands build affinity with their core audiences. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a genuine interest in social media, excellent communication skills, and most importantly loves to have FUN!A Day in the Life of a Social Media Manager:In partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing and respective Brand teams, manage social calendar and overall platform strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok.Assist with day-to-day communication with internal teams, stores/centers, and external agenciesSupport Community Management needsCreate and edit content that is optimized for social platformsCollaborate with multiple internal and external partners to make social content compelling for core audiencesMaintain proficiency and knowledge in all the latest social media trends and best practicesAnalyze performance of social content and craft actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategyClosely track emerging trends, tools, and platforms within the social and digital spaceWhat You Will Need To Have4+ years related experienceCuriosity and passion for all things social media, arcades, and OOH EntertainmentProven track record in driving a successful social media strategyExperience using analytics tools to identify trends, communicate insights, and provide recommendationsExperience with social media scheduling toolsBasic Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro knowledge (or similar tools)Familiarity with current and emerging social platforms and trendsAbility to work quickly and juggle multiple tasksHighly motivated with an eagerness to learnFlexible and capable of changing and adapting to accommodate internal and external circumstancesAbility to think creatively, strategically, and analyticallyCollaborative, team-player with strong organizational skills and attention to detailWHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?:Dave & Buster's is an imaginative and dynamic company dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences that bring joy, laughter, and excitement to people of all ages.
