What we are looking for:
The Retail Marketing Manager (RMM) is responsible for leading the marketing plans for JARS retail business. The RMM will be the driving force to win over consumers, drive customer retention, develop strategic marketing initiatives and support sales for JARS.
Job Duties
Manage, maintain and grow JARS promotional moments, CRM, CSR, community engagement and retail marketing, ensuring cross-functional support.
Conceptualize, develop and manage retail programs in collaboration with sales and other marketing teams.
Leverage all parts of the marketing mix to create effective marketing initiatives, including but not limited to advertising, trade, digital, promotional, events and more.
Project management for marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, support sales and win our consumers.
Work with 3rd Party Vendors to curate and support brand swag, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, collateral, etc.
Collaborate with creative, sales and operations to build strong retail marketing plans.
Identify market opportunities and retail innovation that authentically align with JARS.
Create measurable goals and objectives for JARS retail marketing programs and measure success with thorough evaluation of ROI.
Stay up to date with cannabis regulations, policies and trends to ensure marketing program feasibility and success.
Manage the Retail Marketing Specialist (RMS), leading with development and coaching.
Update and maintain retail assets including but not limited to print, signage, TV, CRM, website, ecommerce, ect.
Leverage and manage thru-year partnerships to drive sales and new customer traffic.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in similar role Knowledge of the cannabis industry, retail focused Success in collaborative and innovative environments Ability to travel up to 25% Must be 21 years of age or older & have reliable transportation Must be willing to submit to a background check
