Our Internship Program Our summer internship program lasts 10-12 weeks beginning in May/June and ending in August/September. What You'll Do The product content team is part of the Teradata user experience organization, and we work across Teradata to plan for, design, and deliver: + Content design within the product + Technical content strategy and documentation about the product We focus on simplifying technical experiences and crafting simple, useful content that helps customers get value from Teradata's data analytics tools. We collaborate with product managers, product architects, engineers, user researchers, user interface designers, content strategists, design technologists, and others. + Collaborate with content engineering, design technologists, and the rest of the content team to understand the current state of the Teradata content ecosystem and identify opportunities to make content findable, understandable, and effective. + Bring established and evolving information architecture approaches into the content practice so that the organization can benefit from better practices in things such as content modeling, workflows, governance, taxonomy, contribution models, metrics, and new tools (including AI-enabled ones). + Assist with requirements and plans for migrating content from a legacy content management system into a modern system that allows us to find, share, and reuse content easily across Teradata-internally as well as externally in products and documentation.
