We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts by creating and implementing effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with various teams to produce engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

Location:Wilmington, NC

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication strategies.
  • Create and edit written content for newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to support the identification of trends and target audience insights.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns, including scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing communication efforts and report findings to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
