Ansell is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Channel Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in developing and executing customer-specific marketing plans aligned with commercial strategy, drive local/regional campaign success through KPIs, support distributor e-commerce growth via digital marketing and category management, and collaborate closely with channel sales and product portfolio teams across North America.

Ansell is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Channel Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

- Develop Channel Marketing Strategy: Create customer-specific and strategic vertical marketing plans aligned with Ansell's commercial objectives.
- Build Customer Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with customer marketing and merchandising teams.
- Lead Distributor Marketing Calendar: Plan and execute marketing activities (digital/traditional) and sales enablement strategies aligned with global and distributor objectives.
- Drive Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral and coordinate training for new product launches.
- Manage Trade Shows & Events: Plan, attend, and execute distributor trade shows and events per creative briefs.
- Consult on Content Development: Advise on relevant content for distributor and end-user strategies.
- Measure & Report Impact: Track and report the success of marketing activities and product launches.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade/Channel Marketing experience
- Knowledge and experience with digital marketing required.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
