Pay Range: $62 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging eLearning content and instructional materials.
• Create SCORM-packaged content with interactive elements such as assessments or tasks.
• Use tools like Articulate Rise 360, Beyond, and D Script to create multimedia content.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to design training that aligns with learning objectives.
• Handle content creation end-to-end, from needs analysis to implementation and success metrics tracking.
• Video and audio-based content.
• Interactive eLearning content with assessments and tasks (e.g., SCORM packages).
• Support documents like needs analyses, design docs, and storyboards.
• Additional multimedia content, including info maps and graphics.
• Needs Analysis: Assessing the learning needs of the engineering team and understanding the objectives.
• Design: Creating design documents and storyboards for the content.
• Development: Using tools like Articulate, Beyond, and D Script to develop engaging, interactive content.
• Implementation: Delivering the content to the appropriate platforms (e.g., LMS systems) and ensuring proper deployment.
• Evaluation: Tracking success metrics and measuring the impact of the training content on performance.
• Engaging Content: Interactive, well-designed eLearning modules, especially those incorporating assessments or tasks.
• Supporting Documents: Design docs, needs analysis, storyboards, or any materials that demonstrate a candidate’s approach to developing training content.
• Complete Concept: Samples showing a full project lifecycle from needs analysis to implementation and success tracking.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Articulate Rise 360, Vyond, D Script (to develop Content),Building Technical Content (engineering team/technical teams) and Technical Writer background.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating elearning content and working with instructional design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Rise 360, Beyond, D Script, and other relevant content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently, developing content based on provided learning objectives and design documents.
• Experience working with technical teams to design training content that meets their needs.
• Ability to create multimedia content such as videos, images, info maps, and interactive modules.
• Prior experience as an instructional designer, technical writer, or content developer for technical training.
• A background in technical writing or as a technical trainer may be advantageous, but instructional design experience is the priority.
• Strong understanding of the ADDIE model or similar methodologies for instructional design.
