Job Description

SlideSource, a leader in creating impactful clinical and scientific presentations, seeks a Technical Graphic Specialist III (TGS-III) to join our dynamic team. As a senior presentation creator, the TGS-III will leverage expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills to develop, format, and enhance technical charts and graphs in high-stakes presentations. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with industry leaders and supporting onsite customer events nationwide.

About the Role

The TGS-III will be key in delivering visually compelling and accurate presentations. Reporting directly to the Department Director and coordinating with the Graphics Coordinator on specific projects, the TGS-III provides remote and onsite graphic support. Occasional travel (3-4 days per trip) is required to support customer events held at their offices or hotel venues across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Creation: Design and edit complex charts and graphs in PowerPoint using source data provided by clients.
Slide Enhancement: Format and optimize existing PowerPoint slides for clarity and visual impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with customers to ensure presentations meet their expectations and align with brand guidelines.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize intermediate Excel skills for chart creation and formatting.
Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service both remotely and onsite, acting as a trusted resource for technical and design expertise.

Required Skills and Knowledge

PowerPoint Expertise: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including creating and editing complex visuals.
Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level Excel skills, particularly for chart creation and data manipulation.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
Team Player: Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations, ideally in a clinical, scientific, or corporate setting.
Willingness to travel nationwide, with trips averaging 3-4 days onsite.
