Role SummaryReporting to the Marketing Manager (MM) - Products and Services, the Marketing Analyst (MA) will lead the Marketing Research and Analysis for select Business Units and divisions, to support integrating packaging solutions for container, closure and automation. This role is responsible for developing and analyzing marketing proposals, research of external market intelligence and consumer insight reports, administration of customer and vendor pricing, reporting and analysis of product margin, revenue and cost, generating customer quotes and supporting Annual Operating Plan and key product management initiatives.
Job DescriptionThe MA will lead the Marketing analysis to support the Marketing strategy and execution for Products and Services. The MA will be responsible for developing dashboards, custom reports and other communication tools to support execution of Marketing strategies and training of cross-functional teams (in Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology and Engineering). In addition, the MA will lead the tactical execution to support product line profitability, volume, mix, market share improvement and price.

Job DescriptionThe MA will lead the Marketing analysis to support the Marketing strategy and execution for Products and Services. In addition, the MA will lead the tactical execution to support product line profitability, volume, mix, market share improvement and price.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead evaluation and implementation of digital marketing tools for web site optimization, lead generation, promotion of new products and services and dashboard for measuring customer acquisition
- Analyze and administer the pricing change for customers, raw material indexing process and cost models.
- Collaborate with finance, sales and customer service teams to implement pricing changes.
- Administer the terms of customer contracts to ensure that customer and company expectations are met.
- Maintain and create new monthly sales and product reports using Cognos tools.
- Generate pricing quotes for select product lines.
- Conduct eco system sale (ESS) financial analysis which could include machine, lidding and cups
- Support market surveys for current, adjacent and new markets. This includes:
- Conducting store surveys for package samples.
- Collaborating with Technical team to identify package structure.
- Generate market assessment of Total Addressable Market Size, Brands and Customers, Competitors, Key sizes and SKU's
- Provide support to the Market Product Managers and Finance in creation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecast updates. This includes:
- Volume and revenue forecasts by product line
- Scenario analysis for key product lines and customers
- CapEx analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or related field required.
- Experience in Marketing at a manufacturing company via internship/ full time/ course work is preferred.
- Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams programs and MRP software (Ex. Movex, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Service)
- Understanding of business principles including marketing and finance is required.
- Proficiency in other languages such as French and/ or Spanish is an advantage.
