Visual Lead:

Summary:


This individual is client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting visuals and clients this individual is a passionate brand ambassador. This role will act as a representative of L’Agence in visuals and the daily business operations of the store and support all store initiatives. The visual lead reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing and executing visually appealing merchandise displays
  • Including window displays, floor plans, and signage
  • Attract customers and maximize sales by strategically arranging products and aligning with brand messaging
  • Staying updated on market trends and collaborating with store staff to maintain a cohesive visual experience
  • Monitor costs associated with display materials, production, and installation while staying within allocated budget
  • Train store staff on proper display maintenance, product placement, and merchandising techniques

Requirements:


  • At least 5+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
  • Experience within a stock supervisory role and within women’s apparel retail preferred
  • Familiar with key retail performance indicators
  • Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
  • Creative design skills: Strong visual aesthetic, understanding of color theory, layout design, and typography
  • Ability to visualize and plan effective store layouts and product placement
  • Trend analysis: Keep abreast of current market trends and consumer behavior
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
  • Hand-on execution: Ability to build and install displays with attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be a L’AGENCE brand ambassador, upholding dress code standards
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to reach overhead
  • Must be able to pick up 30-50lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder or stepstool
