Brand Community Manager

Location: USA/Remote
Salary: $80,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Flexible based on candidate's time zone
Reports To: Creative Director

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Brand Community Manager to create and nurture vibrant communities around our brands. This role focuses on leveraging social media trends, organizing innovative community events, and collaborating with influencers to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement
  • Develop and execute initiatives to grow and engage target audiences.
  • Foster meaningful relationships by leveraging customer feedback and creating a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all brand communities.
Social Media & Trendspotting
  • Identify and act on social media trends across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Strategize and implement viral campaigns and pop-up events to boost engagement.
  • Integrate community-building efforts into digital ecosystems for maximum reach.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Organize and lead online and offline community-centric events, such as pop-ups, meet-ups, and live Q&A sessions.
  • Work with influencers and partners to promote events and ensure strong attendance.
  • Oversee every stage of event planning, from concept and budgeting to execution and analysis.
Content & Influencer Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Align influencer content with brand messaging and community goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful, community-driven content.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Take ownership of community engagement strategies, aligning efforts with overarching brand goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure synergy and consistency.
  • Act as a self-starter, driving innovative ideas with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in community engagement, event planning, or social media marketing.
  • Track Record: Proven success in organizing and executing community events or pop-ups, with measurable results.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership: Ability to independently manage projects and teams while aligning with brand goals.

Must-Haves

  • Experience building community events from the ground up, including concept, planning, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on social media trends.
  • Strong skills in event planning and influencer collaboration.
  • Success in uniting community messaging across multiple brands.
