About the role: As the Social Community Coordinator, you will manage and lead the personality behind Nood’s social channels You’ll be responsible for managing our content calendar, supporting influencer partnerships, and driving community engagement to build brand awareness, social proof, and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Develop programs to expand our social community and increase user-generated content (UGC). Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Nood’s brand goals and target audience. Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) with main focus on Instagram, TikTok Identify and engage with relevant influencers to grow our affiliate program Support our marketing team by building a UGC collection program for us to use across all marketing channels Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with promotional calendars. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2-5 yrs social media, content and influencer marketing experience. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for social media and digital marketing. Basic editing skills for Reels and Tiktoks. Bonus: Comfortable filming content and being a face in short form video content.
