Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our paid media initiatives across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, CTV, TikTok, Snap, Applovin, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. This strategic role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Meta advertising, a proven track record of managing large annual budgets ($5M), and a passion for data-driven marketing across a variety of paid media channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals. Manage and optimize large-scale budgets (over $5 million annually) across multiple paid media channels, with a primary focus on Meta and Google advertising. Explore and test new advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snap, AppLovin, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to identify incremental growth opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROAS and LTV. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to each platform. Conduct in-depth audience segmentation and targeting to ensure highly relevant campaigns. Review historical marketing performance to prepare marketing forecasts and report on trends towards forecasted results. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketers, analysts, and external agency partners. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record managing budgets of $5M annually and scaling DTC e-commerce companies. Expert knowledge of Meta advertising, with recent and relevant hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in Google Ads and familiarity with other platforms like YouTube, CTV, TikTok, Snap, AppLovin, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience with creative, creative testing, and creative strategy. E-commerce DTC experience required.
