The Role We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our founding team and shape the future of our AI-powered roleplay platform. As our first dedicated designer, you'll work directly with customers, engineers, and founders to create next-generation interfaces and experiences that make complex AI interactions feel natural and intuitive. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points Work with engineers and founders to bring designs to life Create and maintain design systems and assets in Figma Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Advocate for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
