TITLE: Marketing Manager - HE Retail Experience
POSITION TYPE: Full Time (W2)

WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager - HE Retail Experience who will be responsible for assisting in creating, developing and executing retail shopper experience solutions that drive conversion at retail (in-store and online), primarily but not exclusively TV and audio content. You will report to the Sr. Director HE Retail Experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
In-store and Online Video Solutions:
Responsible for the implementation of in-store and online video content. Supports in-store video content creation/localization Supports production of compelling content for shoppers including products/ feature demos/ and all other videos for retail. Manage legal reviews of all content and aligns internally on changes to content. Develop individual content plans by display by retailer and works with the Merchandising and Display team for implementation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on content deployment plans and approvals. Manages the user interface on TVs for shopper engagement with content. Reports metrics and shares insights where available. Maintains a library of all content both with the production vendor and on digital content management system. Oversees digital video content creation/localization. Manages Explainer content usage on retailer websites. Assists with the securing of movie studio, streaming content, SEC and 3rd party content to be deployed in retail. Support account team needs for promotional video content and or static art cards in retail. Retail Training, Field Team and Merchandising
Leads cross functional efforts to find new solutions to engage with shoppers in order to convert: Partners with training team on video and training needs. Partners with the Home Entertainment (HE) Field Team on video needs, and other marketing support. Works closely with the Merchandising team on content plans by displays by retailer for all deployments. Required Experience and Education:
Minimum of 5 years in marketing. Bachelor's Degree is required. Must be experienced with project management. Focus on managing the process within marketing, particularly in video content. Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Must be a creative thinker. Strong communication skills. Ad hoc projects. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and external partners. While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
