About the role: You will be working in our Austin, TX location developing and implementing marketing strategies that attract and acquire new clients, elevate the Company’s brand identity, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop content marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s brand identity, target audience, and business objectives
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing departments to identify target client segments and understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals
- Develop and produce high-quality written and visual content, including, but not limited to, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and social media posts, in order to meet product specifications, align with our brand, and resonate with our target audience
- Develop brand narratives that communicate brand values, mission, and selling propositions to our target audience
- Ensure consistency and integrity of our brand identity across marketing materials, including, but not limited to, messaging, tone of voice, visual branding elements, and brand guidelines
- Implement lead generation tactics to capture and nurture leads through email marketing, landing pages, lead magnets, and other lead generation tools
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Communicate with clients, coworkers, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Provide operational and administrative support as needed
Who you are:
- Experienced: You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. You have proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content marketing. You have experience with digital marketing channels and platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
- Technical competencies: You are proficient in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media management tools, graphic design software, and video editing software. You have knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, such as Account Engagement, and web content management platforms, such as WordPress. You are proficient in Microsoft software (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel) and have experience interacting with Adobe PDF documents.
- Preferred: You have basic understanding of SEO principles. You have experience monitoring content performance, and generating reports on key metrics, such as engagement rates and website traffic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments. You are attentive to detail and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You communicate in both a professional and friendly manner with clients, coworkers, and others.
- Adaptable: You are eager to use new tools and learn new processes and technologies. You can adapt to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. You have strong and creative problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.
- Coachable: You have the ability to retain and implement instruction and training. You are open to learn and navigate our current processes and systems. You are not afraid to ask questions.
- Positive attitude: You demonstrate a positive attitude. You are courteous and polite, especially when navigating through difficult conversations, problems, or complaints that may arise.
- Exceptional team player: You are able to work in both a team and independent setting. You tend to foster support and dependability towards your peers while also getting your individual tasks done within specific time constraints.
- Reliable: You are able to work during our regular business hours at your assigned location. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
What we offer you:
- $52,000 base salary or higher depending on experience
