The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead and manage influencer strategies to extend the reach of our clients brand portfolio and drive cultural impact. This role involves executing small and mid-sized influencer programs, supporting large-scale activations, and working cross-functionally with teams to ensure impactful campaigns. You will source talent, manage influencer relationships, track performance, and optimize processes.
Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with emerging and established influencers. Leading influencer sourcing, program development, and execution. Managing budgets, briefs, content reviews, and reports. Collaborating with internal teams to drive influencer marketing strategies and global campaigns. Supporting logistical needs and ensuring compliance with FTC guidelines. Educating teams on best practices and optimizing influencer campaigns.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management. Strong collaboration skills and experience in campaign execution. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros). BA/BS degree preferred, with
