What You'll Do

• Be the Glue: Manage our client’s website design projects from start to finish—ensuring smooth communication, clear timelines, and top-quality results.
• Client Whisperer: Meet with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their vision comes to life.
• Project Tracker Extraordinaire: Use project management tools to keep everything organized, on track, and on budget.
• Vendor Wrangler: Coordinate with designers, developers, and other vendors to deliver exceptional work.
• Detail Detective: Ensure all projects meet our high standards of quality and success.
• Strategic Thinker: Leverage your knowledge of WordPress, web design, and development to guide projects to the finish line seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-Centric Skills: Stellar interpersonal skills to build and maintain great client relationships.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in WordPress, web design, and web development.
• Project Management Pro: 5+ years of experience managing web or digital projects with high attention to detail.
• Organized and Driven: Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while keeping everything on track.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to drive success.
• In-Office Presence: This role is based in Fargo, ND—we value in-person collaboration to bring out the best in our team.
