For more information, visit DailyPay's Press Center.The Role:Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the PMM of Business to Employee (B2E) Growth & Operations will lead the planning and execution of initiatives, launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences. This will include being the business owner for the end to end Adoption funnel of our core Earned Wage Access product. This person will sit at the intersection of Product & Commercial & Marketing teams to enable DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual revenue targets.If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically to deliver things across a wide spectrum: product inception to launch, customer experience optimizations, objection handling, re-positioning of existing products through enablement and uncover any other opportunities to drive the business forward. You are collaborative and enjoy working with and can successfully lobby stakeholders from across the business for alignment.Product Growth – Partner with product managers, marketing teams, design teams and others to identify opportunities to grow program adoption amongemployees test, learn and iterateLead Cross functionally – Be the champion of the adoption funnel and manage quarterly OKR planning, weekly business reviews & building cross functional alignment across all teams and leaders consistentlyProduct Messaging, Positioning & Enablement – Build product positioning & messaging that tells compelling stories that win over prospects and customers, evangelize DailyPay and its industry-leading products to the world. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
