The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of value propositions for new products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain a robust client base while driving sales growth for our innovative product line.Job Summary:The Training Solutions Sales and Marketing Manager creates and executes product, program and channel marketing plans and sales campaigns to grow volume, revenue, and profit within the Training Solutions portfolio. He/She collaborates with other groups to ensure the right messages get to the customer through all communications channels. This position identifies targeted markets, researches buying behaviors, and translates buying behaviors into value propositions for customers. The Training Solutions Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for conducting and directing the analysis in support of advancing the competitiveness of Training Solutions products, participating in cross-functional efforts to address opportunities and gaps, and developing and distributing routine and ad-hoc product performance reports. He/She performs defined maintenance activities for support infrastructure and materials, supports seasonal operating plan analysis and development, and develops content in support of field training and communications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve Training Solutions targets and expand our market presence.Understand Product Value Proposition:Gain a thorough understanding of the new product's unique value and effectively communicate this to potential clients.Client Acquisition and Retention:Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team:Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand awareness.Sales Reporting:Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Training and Development:Mentor and train the Training Solutions staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in sales, with a strong track record of converting new accounts.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Skills:Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes:Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Grade- 30ELast day to apply internally: 12/18/24 @ 11:59ESTOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $7,795 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $14,440 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position.
