We are looking for a Creative Technologist / MarTech Specialist with a expertise in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), as well as a deep understanding of efficiencies and design processes. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Adobe stack, knowledge of the editorial and design process, with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver on department OKRs and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive speed to market.
• Integrate design processes, applications and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Reach at least a reduction in process time by 20% in phase one of efficiencies improvements.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative cloud and HTML.
• Experience with personalization in emails and digital experiences.
• Utilize the Adobe stack and Workfront to manage creative projects and ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze and optimize marketing processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the in-house agency to bridge the gap between creative and production teams, ensuring speed to market and reducing redundancy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech space and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of marketing technology tools.
• Ensure seamless connection from creative to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for effective campaign management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ experience as a Creative Technologist or MarTech Specialist, with a focus on Workfront and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in the Adobe stack, email technology, design to execution process.
• Proficiencies in Figma and HTML.
• Certifications in Adobe products a plus
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
